Teacher: Dr. Rick Hanson
The course covers the fundamentals of attachment theory, including a deep look at insecure-avoidant and insecure-anxious styles and how childhood experiences shape adult relationships.
Using the HEAL method, participants learn to internalize new experiences, identify their core psychological nutrients, and gradually rewire the brain for greater security and trust.
The course also addresses common relationship challenges that arise when one or both people are insecurely attached, offering practical, compassionate tools for navigating those dynamics with partners, family members, colleagues, and friends.
